The next step, if you haven't done this already, is to find a place for your new home. You should never design your home without first knowing if the home will fit the lay of the land. There are many sources available to help you find the parcel that meets your needs. One of the best sources in finding available land is by asking around. Everyone knows someone that might know of a piece of land that is for sale. Or take a Sunday drive, stake out a few land parcels and visit the local courthouse for information on who owns this property and how to contact them. Another great resource is the local real estate office. They have multiple access to many listings and information on available land, or stop by our office for a listing of land parcels available in our surround area.
